Turret Labs introduced the Medibeam Telemedicine Network and Teleclinc Management System in 2006 for connecting a worldwide franchise of networked out-patient centers. The network is available in India, China, Mexico, Japan, Singapore, Dubai, and Barbados and soon to be introduced in nine new locations outside the United States. The Teleclinic franchise is offered to independent private practice physicians who would like to support a growing base of patients who travel frequently and prefer to remain connected to their primary physician. The system includes a complete non-invasive Telemed monitoring kit for COPD, CHF, Diabetes, Asthma and Obesity, a Personal Emergency Response System, and a secure encrypted network between doctor and patient.
