Forwarders select an available dock and enter a preferred time. The Schedule Optimizer analyzes all requests and available slots for that dock or suggests an alternative dock with the nearest available time.

DOCK PRIORITY
A frequent trucker algorithm parses the queue requests to allocate dock schedules to known shippers in the order of reservation priority. Critical shipments and perishables receive a higher priority than most.
